We want you to love your Alive4Real products-but if you are unhappy with your Alive4Real purchase for any reason you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please contact us at info@alive4real.com for a refund.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Credit card refund fee in the amount of $ 3:00 will be deducted from the original price of the product.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
